How to send
- WhatsApp us first with your name, laptop model and problem.
- Pack the laptop in bubble wrap inside a firm box. No loose space.
- Put a paper inside with your name, phone number and problem.
- Remove pen drives and personal items. Charger only if asked.
- Send the courier docket number on WhatsApp.

The warranty period depends on the laptop model and is written on your bill. Replaced parts carry 3 months warranty. Warranty does not cover liquid damage, CPU short, or burnt / broken parts after delivery.
